Technologies
MIKOH is an innovative technology and design company focused on creating physical security solutions that incorporate a tag or label to seal, track, measure and/or monitor an item or container. MIKOH’s patent protected technologies are applicable to both RFID and non-RFID physical security solutions that require tamper evidence. In addition, a number of MIKOH's products have been FIPS and SCEC certified, or are currently in the process of being certified for a variety of government applications.
Tamper evidence may include visual and/or electronic indicators depending on the application and how the tag or label has been tampered. Electronic tamper indication may involve complete disablement of an RFID security tag, or electronic “marking” with the tag still functioning but indicating it has been tampered. Although MIKOH’s security technology is patent protected, our solutions are standards-based, enabling simple integration into EPC or ISO compliant systems.
For the last 15 years, MIKOH has been developing and adapting its patented tamper evident solutions to solve a variety of business problems. MIKOH has leveraged this experience and produced several different solutions for both RFID and non-RFID applications. In addition, MIKOH has developed SecureContainer specifically designed to be sealed with tamper evident tags and labels. As many customer business problems are unique, MIKOH has the ability to modify our standard solutions efficiently and quickly to meet your unique needs.
