MIKOH Appoints Three to Advisory Board

Board To Speed Adoption for MIKOH Tamper-Evident RFID Physical Security Technologies

NEW YORK, July 31, 2007 – MIKOH Corporation(ASX: MIK), the leading company focused on ensuring the physical security of RFID tags, has established an advisory board to further strengthen its go-to-market strategy for tamper-evident RFID technologies. Three advisors have been named to the board - Lieutenant General (retired) James Williams, Sal Fazzolari and Richard Holcomb.ß

The advisory board supports the MIKOH executive team with expert advice and insights surrounding key industries and applications. It also provides access to influential decision-makers within key markets, including the fast-growing government sector.

With the advisory board in place, MIKOH aims to speed market penetration for its tamper-evident RFID technologies, which include Smart&Secure RFID tags and the reusable SecureContainer. Current RFID vendors overlook the importance of physical security in RFID applications, as well as the potential for RFID use to secure packages. MIKOH secure RFID technologies alert readers of any tampering, which minimizes the risk for loss, theft or product counterfeiting.

“The MIKOH advisory board appointments demonstrate both the dire need for RFID physical security and MIKOH’s leading role in fulfilling that need,” said Matthew Blomfield, CEO for MIKOH Corporation. “As our company grows, a solid advisory board with experienced members brings a wealth of inside knowledge to better deliver MIKOH tamper-evident RFID products within top markets and target applications.”

Lieutenant General James Williams is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and has served in the Pentagon in multiple capacities. He has served as the Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence in the Department of the Army and Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence for U.S. Army Europe. He also spent more than ten years in the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), which culminated with four years as director of the DIA. Williams is a distinguished member of the Military Intelligence Hall of Fame and the Military Attaché Hall of Fame, and has been awarded the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal and French Legion of Honor among other honors.

Sal Fazzolari serves as the senior vice president for corporate business development at ICF International, a global professional services firm that partners with government and commercial clients. The company delivers consulting services and technology solutions in energy, environment, transportation, social programs, defense and homeland security. He previously worked in business development for Northrop Grumman, TRW, General Electric and RCA Government Solutions.

Richard Holcomb is non-executive director of MIKOH. He is a leading entrepreneur and founder and chairman of StrikeIron, a web services company. Holcomb is also a venture partner for the Aurora Funds. He serves on the board of several public and private companies and on several advisory boards, such as the NCSU Graduate School Board of Advisors and the Council for Entrepreneurial Development. During his career, Holcomb received several distinguished honors, including the Ernst and Young Technology Entrepreneur of the Year and the Business Leader Top Gun Entrepreneur of the Year.
