MIKOH and GraniteKey Formalize Partnership

Partnership Creates Joint Consulting and Solution Options to Address Security Risks

WASHINGTON, D.C., June 10, 2008 - MIKOH Corporation (MIK.AX) finalized a partnership with GraniteKey to create joint consulting and solution options that assess and neutralize physical security vulnerabilities within RFID systems.

GraniteKey provides risk analysis and threat assessment consulting services.  The company works closely with clients to identify security threats that could hamper technology implementations or business processes.  GraniteKey then works with partners, including MIKOH, to create a secure solution that offsets the potential threats.  The result builds a solid foundation for security.

GraniteKey approached MIKOH after a medical device manufacturer requested a solution to detect tampering with the device's outer case.  After comprehensive vulnerability and threat testing, tamper evident RFID provided the solution.

Under terms of the partnership, MIKOH and GraniteKey will undergo joint sales and marketing efforts surrounding security assessments and solution development.  This includes developing joint marketing collateral, such as technical papers and application notes.  The two companies also plan to collaborate on product solutions and technology development.
