APPOINTMENT OF DR PAUL SCULLY-POWER AS TRANSITION CEO

The Chairman of MIKOH Corporation Limited, Mr Peter Tyree has today announced the appointment of Dr Paul Scully-Power, AM to the position of Transition CEO. Mr Tyree spoke highly of Dr Scully-Power and his work and efforts since joining the executive of MIKOH two months ago as Group Head, Strategy and Operations.

“Paul has made a great contribution to the company thus far and I look forward to his continuing involvement to commercialise MIKOH’s IP and to strengthen the team”, said Mr Tyree. “The staff have welcomed the capabilities he brings, and Paul has earned instant respect from all he has had contact with, both inside and outside the organisation.”

Dr Scully-Power will take up his appointment immediately.

About Dr Scully-Power:

Dr Scully-Power has extensive commercial and government experience in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, and has worked in the US for over 25 years, within both government and major corporations.

He has also served as Chairman of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, Chancellor of Bond University, inaugural Chairman of the Queensland Premier’s Science and Technology Council, Chief Technology Officer of the Tenix Group, and was for five years on the Board of the Australian Trade Commission.

Dr Scully-Power is also Australia’s first astronaut.
